A message of faith Stress and anxiety do not always present themselves in obvious ways such as active worrying or panic attacks. Sometimes, stress can manifest as other physical and mental/emotional symptoms that are not as obvious, especially when we are unaware of the cause and effects. Introducing the new daily schedule for Spirit Life + talking about the power of stillness and meditation to come up with new ideas and creative solutions As entrepreneurs, we may get used to being sedentary for extended periods throughout the day and struggle with finding the time to hit the gym regularly. We’re already halfway through the week - does anyone else feel like this week (and whole year) is flying by?? 🙋🏻‍♀️ Maybe it’s because I’ve been staying busy doing what I love and time flies when you’re having fun! Here is a reminder that your inner self is wise and powerful, and knows exactly what you want and how to get there! If you don’t do it, no one will. Sometimes, we get so consumed by the details of daily life that we forget how limited our time on Earth really is.
