Anyone who knows me knows that I am in love with everything about summer- long days filled with sunshine, relaxing beach vacations, late nights with good people- no wonder I look forward to these beautiful months all year long. What people may not know is that the main reason I love summer so much is that it’s that it’s the one season where I have the most time and motivation to nurture and renew my mind, body, and spirit.
This is why I have decided that for the first time, I would like to share my experience with you all through the debut of what I hope to be an annual Spirit Summer Series. I will be sharing my own day-to-day holistic health and lifestyle habits as well as linking you all up with the coolest kitties in the city who know all about the latest trends in health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition. Topics covered will range from yoga, meditation, clean eating and healthy living, to complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) therapies, holistic and integrative wellness, natural herbs and oils, home beauty remedies, and stress-relieving techniques that will ease your mind, body, and spirit. With each post, I hope to encourage inner reflection in order to promote self-awareness and increase positive energies to help bring out your best self this summer.
