Dallas Vacation

For the past 2 1/2 weeks, I have been in Dallas. I spent time both having fun and reflecting alone, as I think all vacations should have a balance of. I enjoyed every moment I spent with family and friends, and came back to Atlanta feeling more refreshed and inspired than ever. I was able to catch up with one of my close childhood friends, watch a few movies that had been on my list, and take a train tour through my hometown. I attended a family friend’s graduation, celebrated Father’s Day with my uncle who treats me like a daughter, and I even had a bbq at my favorite lake just like old times. My favorite parts were the quiet times with loved ones in old familiar places, going to a shooting range for the first time, and of course, the wedding. I haven’t been to many weddings in my life, but I know it was a beautiful four-day process that ended with the joining of two souls who love each other very much under God, and it was full of love, laughter, memories, joy, and a lot of good food and dancing! The people I met were some of the kindest, warmest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and they made me feel right at home, like a part of the family. I clearly had more fun than I can explain, so here are a few pictures of the main highlights of the trip!
