“These feelings will pass I can guarantee. I understand that you don’t want to feel this way, but you do. Understand that emotions are meant to be felt. But don’t fixate on them. Let them hit you, wash over you, then flow away. Meditation is good, exercise is good. Try writing. Writing bad poetry helped me get over some of the negative feelings in my past. There is no cure all, but each small action you take will lessen the power of your anxiety. Baby steps.”
