When someone asks you how your day was, most of the time it refers to how you’ve perceived the events of that day.
HI FRIENDS, I HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS….
Creativity is hard to come by when you are busy 24/7, always on the go, and constantly occupied with repetitive thoughts and actions with no time to rest or reflect.
A little Monday reminder to not be so hard on yourself. We are all doing the best we can, with what we have, in whatever capacity we are able to - and that is enough.
So maybe 2021 isn’t quite the fresh start we had all so desperately hoped it would be. But a new year won’t change things unless each of us changes from within, first. We may not be able to control what happens, but we can always choose how we respond.
Confession: Quarantine got the best of me and not only had I been MIA on IG, I had also been slacking in the fitness department! As you know, physical wellness plays a major role in mental and emotional well-being.
